Liverpool star Luis Díaz has officially confirmed his departure from Anfield, as he prepares to join Barcelona in the upcoming summer transfer window. The Colombian winger, who has been a key player for the Reds since his arrival from Porto in 2022, expressed his gratitude to the club and its supporters in an emotional farewell message.

Barcelona’s Long-Term Interest in Díaz
Reports suggest that Barcelona has been monitoring Díaz for a long time, and the club is willing to pay between €70-75 million to secure his transfer. The Spanish side sees him as a key reinforcement for their attacking lineup.
Díaz, who has scored 37 goals in 140 appearances for Liverpool, played in the League Cup final against Newcastle United, but was substituted in the 74th minute in what is now likely his final major match for the club.
