The Reds began this week’s matches holding a 12-point lead over second-place Arsenal, making them strong favorites to secure the title with only nine games remaining. Meanwhile, ongoing discussions continue about the futures of three crucial players at the club.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah, and Virgil van Dijk are all set to become free agents this summer, raising the possibility that they could leave Anfield when the season concludes.

Recent reports from Spain suggest that Salah is likely to leave Liverpool this summer. According to Fichajes via TEAMtalk, the Egyptian star is preparing for a “change of scenery” after what might be his final season at the club. Since his arrival from Roma in 2017, Salah has emerged as one of the world’s best, netting 243 goals and registering 110 assists in 392 appearances, while helping Liverpool win eight major trophies, including the Premier League and Champions League.

This season has been particularly exceptional for Salah, with 54 total goals and assists in 43 matches, including 27 goals and 17 assists in 29 Premier League games. Despite his key role, reports indicate that Salah’s time at Merseyside is coming to a close, with Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal reportedly making significant efforts to secure his signature. It’s also noted that Salah has expressed interest in the potential move, despite his importance to the team.
