Carlo Ancelotti receives CRAZY €50M bid from Saudi Pro League!”
If Tuesday proved challenging at Real Madrid’s Valdebebas training base, Wednesday only deepened the issues. The team was already reeling from the confirmed “suspensions” of Antonio Rüdiger and Lucas Vázquez, alongside new “injury setbacks” affecting Rüdiger, Ferland Mendy, and David Alaba.
But as the situation seemed difficult enough, the unfolding “drama” around manager Carlo Ancelotti’s future introduced additional strain and anxiety.
As noted by journalists Alfredo Matilla and Rodra P, the training session on Wednesday morning deviated significantly from the usual routine.
The persistent “speculation” over Ancelotti’s rumored departure to lead the Brazil national squad has evolved into a major disruption within the club.
The Italian coach reportedly arrived late to the training that day, having returned from London where he’d met with officials from the “Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF)” to iron out aspects of a potential new role.
However, that same night, fresh reports began circulating suggesting the arrangement might be “in jeopardy”, fueling greater confusion and instability. By Wednesday morning’s session, the atmosphere was heavy with tension. Both players and staff seemed more focused on the “Ancelotti saga” than on urgent matters concerning football.
With only five La Liga fixtures remaining, including a crucial “El Clásico” clash, and the approaching “Club World Cup”, the timing couldn’t be more problematic. Doubts are rising within the club regarding whether Ancelotti is fully invested in his current responsibilities. Frustration is mounting, with some internally questioning how he can continue inspiring the squad to aim for the title while his focus appears divided between Madrid and Brazil.
Worries about the coach’s future have reportedly existed since Real Madrid’s “Champions League quarter-final” encounter with Arsenal. Rather than prioritizing strategy and game planning, internal discussions increasingly revolved around Ancelotti’s possible departure.
The situation intensified further after Diego Rodrigues, a “CBF” official, was seen attending major matches — including the ones versus Arsenal and Barcelona — prompting speculation and discomfort within the squad and staff.
Insiders at Valdebebas acknowledge that confidence and cohesion have taken a hit. While the team still aims to conclude the campaign with pride and professionalism, the threat of an abrupt change in leadership can’t be completely dismissed.
In the midst of all this, Real Madrid must find a way to remain focused, particularly as they continue to pursue Barcelona, who currently hold a four-point lead in th
e “La Liga standings”.
