Barcelona suffered a 4-3 (7-6) defeat to Inter Milan in the Champions League semifinal, bringing an end to their European hopes.

The *Blaugrana* managed to fight back after trailing 2-0 in the second half, taking a 3-2 lead before experiencing disappointment.

Inter managed to equalize late, making it 3-3 and pushing the game into extra time. During that period, the home side found another goal that ultimately dashed Barca’s hopes.

Yet, some *Culers* on *X (Twitter)* have voiced frustration over what they believe was a missed foul by *Denzel Dumfries* on *Gerard Martin* just before *Davide Frattesi’s* decisive goal.

It appeared the Dutch player made light contact with the Spaniard’s ankle before winning possession and setting up the fourth goal.

Neither the referee nor *VAR* judged the incident to be significant enough to warrant a review, allowing Inter’s goal to count and sending Barca out of the competition
