“I knew he has all the abilities to do everything but there’s one thing he did yesterday which really shocked me and now beginning to believe we’ll defeat Arsenal”: Madrid midfielder Bellingham believes Madrid will knockout Arsenal because of what one player did against Real sociedad yesterday

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has made a confident statement ahead of their upcoming Champions League match against Arsenal. His shift in belief was sparked by a remarkable moment from a teammate during their recent La Liga win over Real Sociedad.

At the post-match press conference, Bellingham expressed his admiration for the team, but highlighted one particular player’s surprising action that changed his perspective on the upcoming Arsenal match.

> “I knew he had all the abilities to do everything… but there’s one thing he did yesterday that really shocked me. Now I’m beginning to believe — we’ll defeat Arsenal,” Bellingham said with a smile.

While Bellingham didn’t name the player at the time, it was later confirmed that he was referring to Eduardo Camavinga, who put in a standout performance in midfield against Real Sociedad. The Frenchman controlled the game with his relentless energy, accurate passing, and a remarkable dribble in the 70th minute, where he weaved past three Sociedad players in tight spaces— a move that even caught his teammates by surprise.

> “That moment when he took on three guys like he was a winger… we all looked at each other on the pitch like, ‘Is that really Cama?’ He’s a machine,” Bellingham added.

Why It Matters

Bellingham’s newfound confidence is based on more than just emotion. With Camavinga hitting peak form and the team functioning as a unit, the atmosphere within the squad is electrifying. Real Madrid’s midfield trio — Bellingham, Camavinga, and Kroos — is becoming a powerful force, especially with Arsenal grappling with significant injuries.

Real Madrid remains unbeaten in their last 10 matches and enters the Champions League encounter with strong momentum. Bellingham’s comments reflect a growing belief within the team — a conviction that they can overcome Arsenal and take another step toward lifting the trophy.

Looking Ahead

The stage is set for an exciting matchup, but with players like Camavinga showing unexpected brilliance, Arsenal will have more than just high-profile stars to deal with—they’ll face a team that’s growing stronger with each passing day.
