Luis Enrique Casts Out Ousmane Dembélé After “Worthless” Outburst & United Links.

The iron fist of Luis Enrique has come down hard at the Parc des Princes. Following a tense 3-1 defeat to Rennes that saw PSG lose their grip on the Ligue 1 summit, the Spanish coach has reportedly “exiled” the club’s biggest star, Ousmane Dembélé, ahead of their Champions League clash with Monaco.

While Michael Carrick’s Manchester United continues to be the most “Nuclear” destination for Europe’s elite, Enrique has made it clear that “no player is bigger than the club”—a move he claims echoes his handling of Kylian Mbappé before the Frenchman’s departure to Madrid.

“He Can Go Ask Mbappé”—Enrique’s Brutal Warning

The fallout began after Dembélé, the current Ballon d’Or holder, publicly criticized his teammates for “playing as individuals” during the Rennes loss. Enrique, known for his uncompromising discipline, did not take the comments lightly, branding them “worthless” and immediately removing the winger from his matchday squad.

“I have allowed him to join Manchester United since he has the guts to threaten the club. No one is bigger than the club. He can go and ask Mbappé what I did to him when he thought he could dictate terms. I am the person responsible for this team, and I will not allow any player to think they are above the shield.”

THE “UNITED” ULTIMATUM:‼️ Dembélé Agrees Terms with INEOS?

Reports from Football365 and French insiders suggest that Dembélé’s “frustration” isn’t just about the Rennes result—it’s about a £95M move to Old Trafford.

• The “Nuclear” Swap: With United seeking a world-class replacement for the potentially departing Antony or the sidelined Patrick Dorgu, Dembélé is seen as the “Magic” addition Carrick needs for the 2026/27 title charge.

• The “Mbappé” Blueprint: Enrique’s reference to Mbappé refers to the 2024/25 season where the superstar was benched and rotated after informing the club of his exit. Enrique is reportedly prepared to “freeze out” Dembélé for the remainder of the season if a deal with United is finalized.

• Personal Terms: Sources suggest Dembélé has already agreed to a five-year deal at Old Trafford, drawn by the prospect of playing in the Premier League under Carrick’s “Beautiful Football” system.

THE “PSG” CRISIS:‼️ From Champions to Chaos?

Despite Dembélé scoring 11 goals in 24 games this season, his relationship with Enrique is now “beyond repair.” For PSG fans, it feels like a repeat of the toxic breakups that defined the Neymar and Mbappé eras.

CARRICK’S “NO COMMENT”:‼️ Focus on the Top 4

While the world watches the drama in Paris, Michael Carrick has refused to be drawn into the speculation. However, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe reportedly in Paris last week for “secret meetings,” the signs point to a major announcement once the summer window opens.

Is Luis Enrique right to exile his best player for speaking his mind, or is Ousmane Dembélé making the right move by joining the “Carrick Revolution” at Manchester United?
