Vinícius Júnior Allegedly Issues “Anfield or Retirement” Ultimatum After Benfica Racism Storm.

A “Nuclear” shockwave has leveled the Santiago Bernabéu. Just 48 hours after the horrifying scenes at the Estádio da Luz, where Real Madrid’s 1-0 Champions League win over Benfica was overshadowed by alleged racial abuse, Vinícius Júnior has reportedly reached his “breaking point.”

In a move described by insiders as a “Bolt from the Blue,” the Brazilian superstar has allegedly informed the Real Madrid board that he is “DONE” with Spanish football and is forcing an immediate summer move to Liverpool.

“I’m Done”—The Heartbreaking Statement

The fallout stems from Tuesday night’s clash in Lisbon, which was halted for 11 minutes after Vinícius reported a racial slur from Benfica’s Gianluca Prestianni. While UEFA has appointed a special investigator, the cumulative toll of years of abuse in La Liga has reportedly led Vini to a devastating conclusion.

“After that night against Benfica, I’M DONE. I’m leaving Spain and La Liga for good. I’ve watched the Premier League and I see how Liverpool honors their Black stars—how the fans protect them. I just want to enjoy football again without looking over my shoulder. Anfield is the only place I want to be.”

THE “ANFIELD” ATTRACTION:‼️ Why Liverpool?

The “Liverpool link” isn’t just a rumor—it’s fueled by high-level friendships and a vacant throne. With Mohamed Salah’s future still uncertain for the 2026/27 season, Arne Slot reportedly views Vinícius as the “only heir” capable of leading the Reds back to Premier League glory.

• The “Szoboszlai” Connection: Just days ago, Vinícius admitted he talks to Dominik Szoboszlai “all the time,” sparking rumors that the Hungarian “Wizard” has been acting as a secret agent for Liverpool.

• The “Trent” Factor: Despite Trent Alexander-Arnold’s move to Madrid last year, he has reportedly told Vini that the “protection and love” at Anfield is unlike anything in world football.

• The “10/10” Project: Slot’s “Total Football” 2.0 system is said to be the “perfect cage” for Vini to rediscover his Ballon d’Or form, away from the toxic atmosphere that has defined his final years in Spain.

THE “RELEGATION” IRONY:‼️ Madrid’s Loss, Liverpool’s Gain

While Kylian Mbappé has expressed “extreme disappointment” at the thought of losing his partner-in-crime, the reality is that Vinícius’s contract talks with Real Madrid have been frozen since January.

• The Valuation: Liverpool are reportedly preparing a “British Record” bid of £145M to trigger the move this summer.

• The “PSG” Threat: While Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer €30M per year, Vini is reportedly “obsessed” with the Premier League’s competitive intensity and Liverpool’s “family” culture.

CARRICK’S SHADOW:‼️ Could United Hijack?

Interestingly, some reports suggest Michael Carrick’s Manchester United are also monitoring the situation, hoping to pair Vini with Jude Bellingham in a “Nuclear” double-swoop. However, sources close to the player insist that Vini’s heart is set on Anfield due to the club’s historic stand against discrimination.

Is Vinícius Júnior right to leave Real Madrid for his own mental well-being, or is Liverpool’s £145M “Rescue Mission” a gamble that could backfire?
