BREAKING NEWS: “We’re in Trouble!” — Arne Slot Admits Manchester United Will Be “Impossible to Stop” if They Sign HIM.

The “Nuclear” Warning: “He is One of the Most Dangerous!”

The “Anfield-style” focus on the Champions League race has been interrupted by a “shattering” admission from the manager himself. Following Liverpool’s dramatic derby win, reports emerging today, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, claim that Arne Slot has privately warned his staff and the board that Manchester United are on the verge of becoming a “stratospheric” threat.

Slot, who knows the Dutch market better than anyone, was reportedly asked about United’s “vocal” interest in Xavi Simons. The 23-year-old PSG star, currently finishing a loan spell at RB Leipzig, is reportedly the “number one” priority for Michael Carrick and INEOS. Slot’s verdict was “nuclear”: if the deal goes through, the Premier League balance of power could shift “viciously.”

The “Simons” Effect: Why Slot is Worried

Xavi Simons has been described as the “vital oxygen” that could transform United’s “identity-less” attack.

• The “Slot” Connection: Slot reportedly told De Telegraaf that he has tracked Simons since his youth, noting that his “dangerously aggressive” transition play and “stratospheric” vision make him a nightmare to game-plan against.

• The “Carrick” Vision: Michael Carrick reportedly views Simons as the “perfect heir” to Bruno Fernandes, capable of playing as a #10 or on either wing.

• The Fee: PSG is reportedly demanding a “Titanic” fee of £110 million, but with Adam Wharton already “finally done,” United is showing they have the “nuclear” financial backing to pull it off.

The Rivalry Fallout: “A Level We Cannot Reach?”

Slot’s “vocal” admission comes at a “shameful” time for Liverpool, who are currently losing legends like Mohamed Salah.

• The Comparison: Slot reportedly noted that United are building a “luxury engine” that mirrors the intensity of Pep Guardiola’s City.

• The “Trouble” Quote: “We have to be honest—United are recruiting with an identity now. If you add a player of Xavi’s caliber to Mainoo and Wharton, they become a different animal,” Slot reportedly told insiders.

The “PSG” Exodus: A Summer of Change

With Manuel Ugarte already reportedly set for a “shattering” return to Paris, the relationship between United and PSG is “stratospheric.”

• The Swap Deal? Rumors are reaching a “boiling point” that a deal involving Marcus Rashford (currently on loan at Barcelona) could be used to lower the “nuclear” price tag for Simons.

THIS TRANSFER BATTLE IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE! 😳💣

Fans React: “Slot is Scared!” vs. “He’s Playing Mind Games!”

The “vocal euphoria” in Manchester has been met with “vicious” debate from Liverpool fans.

• “Even Arne Slot knows the Carrick revolution is real! He’s terrified of what we’re building. Xavi Simons in a United shirt is a guaranteed trophy!” one fan tweeted.

• “Slot is just playing mind games to put pressure on the FSG board to spend. He’s not scared of United—he’s just pointing out that we’re standing still while they move forward!” a Liverpool supporter fumed.

What’s Next? The “Simons” Decision

Xavi Simons is reportedly set to make his “final decision” after the 2026 World Cup selections are finalized. Will United secure the “dangerous” star Slot fears, or will another “stratospheric” hijack occur at the last second?
