Manchester United has been encouraged to re-sign French international Paul Pogba as he is expected to be “extremely motivated” when he comes back from his doping ban.
The 31-year-old came up through the ranks at Manchester United but departed the Premier League club after falling out with Sir Alex Ferguson.
After deciding not to extend his contract, Pogba moved to Juventus on a free transfer and fulfilled his potential with the Italian club.
His impressive performances at Juventus led Manchester United to re-sign him in 2016 for around £86m. However, he struggled at Old Trafford due to his poor attitude and a series of controversies, which saw him leave for Juventus again on a free transfer in 2022.
