Fabrizio Romano Drops “Nuclear” Update as Man United Agree Personal Terms with Italian Superstar.

The “Carrick Revolution” is about to enter a world-class new dimension. According to a “Here We Go” exclusive from transfer authority Fabrizio Romano this morning, Manchester United’s INEOS board has officially struck a deal that will send shockwaves through European football.

After weeks of scouting the Derby d’Italia, United have reportedly “agreed personal terms” with Inter Milan’s Federico Dimarco, with the Italian wing-back set to become the first cornerstone of a massive Summer 2026 defensive rebuild.

“I Was Willing to Do Anything”—The INEOS Ultimatum

The report suggests that Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Dan Ashworth have been personally driving this deal, viewing the 28-year-old Dimarco as the “missing piece” to unlock Michael Carrick’s tactical vision. While United have been linked with everyone from Gleison Bremer to Theo Hernandez, Dimarco’s “magic” left foot and leadership have reportedly made him the “Priority No. 1.”

“I was willing to do anything to get him to Old Trafford—he’s Serie A’s biggest star right now! We as a club want to compete for all trophies… and he’s agreed personal terms! Once the season ends, we’re signing him immediately—he needs to understand his soon-to-be new teammates before the new season kicks off.”

THE “DIMARCO” DOMINANCE:‼️ Why He’s a Game-Changer

Dimarco has been in “unreal” form for Inter this season, recording 5 goals and 12 assists in just 22 Serie A matches. For a United side that has struggled with consistency on the left flank due to injuries, Dimarco represents a “Nuclear” upgrade.

• The Versatility: Scouts at the San Siro on Saturday night reportedly noted Dimarco’s ability to transition from a traditional left-back to a “playmaking” winger, a trait Carrick believes is essential for his “Beautiful Football” system.

• The “Personal Terms”: Reports suggest Dimarco has agreed to a five-year contract worth approximately £180,000-per-week, with a promise that he will be a “guaranteed starter” alongside Leny Yoro and Lisandro Martinez.

• The Fee: While Inter are reluctant to sell, a bid in the region of €75M (£65M) is expected to trigger the move, as the Italian giants look to balance their books for 2026.

THE “KALULU” BONUS:‼️ A Double Raid on Italy?

Dimarco isn’t the only Serie A star on the plane to Manchester. Fabrizio Romano also hinted that United are in “advanced talks” for Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu.

CARRICK’S NUCLEAR SQUAD:‼️ Trophies Loading?

With United currently sitting 4th in the Premier League and three points above Chelsea, the addition of Dimarco and potentially Kalulu signals that INEOS is no longer content with just “Top 4.” The goal for the 2026/27 season is a full-scale assault on the Premier League title and the Champions League.

Is Federico Dimarco the signing that finally makes Manchester United “unstoppable,” or is the £65M price tag too high for a 28-year-old?
